My curious girl

Lexi has been FULL of questions since she started talking! I tease Brent that we have paid a lot of money for her to be able to get those questions out with all the speech therapy : ) So tonight, this is just some of her many questions: -When do we have to do taxes again? -How many years old is our house? -Is today last year? -Daddy is God bigger than you? Is he bigger than this house? -Why is Kati (friend going into military) going to camp for so long just to learn how to put on boots? And finally she concludes, "mom, I'm curious aren't I?!?! And what does curious mean". LOL. She cracks me up!! Her comments are just as fabulous! "Uncle Mike you need to come take a break (as he was working on our kitchen sink) so you can cool out" Awesome conversations are also frequent! Sister Dialog one evening: Lexi (bawling to the point of near hyperventilation): Kailey can you help me? Kailey: What sweetie? Lexi: (still bawling) Mom took my TV privilage away for not listening. Kailey (in a very calm compassionate tone): First you need to take 5 deep breathes and CALM down. Next, ask mom "is there anything to do to earn the privilage back?" Lexi: ok (finally calming down) Meanwhile... mom is in the background trying not to laugh at the hilariousness of it all : ) Where do they get this stuff?!?! And how amazing is it that my 4 year old listens to my 8 year olds recommendations so well.... cracks me up!
